The Family and Friend Caregiver Forum is held annually to acknowledge the incredible contributions of family and friend caregivers throughout British Columbia and to provide a venue for family and friend caregivers to meet and network with one another, to share their experiences, and to increase their knowledge and skills on caregiving issues.
Who should attend? An unpaid caregiver looking after a friend or family member who is elderly, chronically ill, palliative or living with a disability.

Free interactive workshops supporting caregivers to work from a place of joy, freedom and self-care! Free limited chair massages available as well as a complimentary lunch and mid day harp performance by Agnes Wan.
